The Best Skirt Steak ever!

😄This skirt steak was AWESOME! Chairman's Reserve Skirt Steak was the most tender and flavorful skirt steaks I have ever made. Here is how it was prepared:

2 Chairman’s Reserve® Angus skirt steaks cut into 6’’ pieces

½ cup of whole roasted coffee beans

6 garlic cloves

3 Thai peppers

1 nub of raw ginger

4 green onion

1 tbsp of whole peppercorns

1/3 cup of Spanish olive oil

1 tsp of coarse Kosher salt

3 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce

I used a mortar and pestle to coarsely make this marinade, but you can also use a food processor. Once all the ingredients are incorporated, use it to marinate your cut steaks overnight. Using open flames (direct heat) at 600 degrees, sear each side for 45 seconds for the perfect medium rare doneness. Place them on your cutting board and let them rest for 15 minutes. Slice across the grain on a bias cut. You can add some chimichurri for an extra trip to flavor town. Enjoy!
